Punk Rawk Labs Dairy Free Nutmilk Cheeses

We have not yet trialed Punk Rawk Labs Nutmilk Cheeses, so this is an informational review post only. I cannot yet give it a rating or personally weigh in on the taste, texture, etc, but if you have tried it, please do leave a comment with your own review!

The artisan, hand-crafted nutmilk cheeses from Punk Rawk Labs are made simply with organic cashews, water, sea salt and culture. Yes, they are cultured for that extra boost of umami! At last check, Punk Rawk Labs nutmilk cheeses were available in Original, Herb, Smoked, and Nacho (made with carrot juice and peppers!), but based on their popularity, I’m betting that more flavors will follow.

  1. My husband and I attended the Twin Cities Vegfest and tried Punk Rawk Labs cashew cheese and it was amazing! It was a new flavor they didn’t even have a name for yet, but had sold out of all of their products and it was all they had left for people to sample. I can’t wait to go to a co-op and pick one up, delicious stuff!!
