Ener-G Wylde Pretzels


What can we say…these taste like pretzels!  They are not dazzling in any way, but they are definitely contenders in their own field.  These gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free, milk-free, soy-free pretzels are an ideal snack for most people with food intolerances and allergies.  Potato flour, cornstarch, and rice flour create the bready blend, somewhat less dense than their “gluten-ous” competitors, yet there was no compromise in the flavor.  For the gluten-free, casein-free consumer, we give these tasty little snacks two thumbs up.  They are a healthy alternative to the potato chip, created with thoughtful ingredients. 

  • Pros: Very close to traditional pretzels; Gluten, egg, dairy, and soy free
  • Cons: They contain yeast, a possible problem for some
