Summary:

Gorgeous, gift-worthy and positively scrumptious. These hard candies hit the sweet spot between familiar sugary treat and unique flavor pairings.

In a recent Allergic Living magazine, I chose Torie and Howard organic hard candy as one of my favorite new treats. But this isn’t a sweet that should be forgotten after Halloween.

These perfectly portioned little gems come in four amazing flavors: D’anjou Pear & Cininamon, Blood Orange & Honey, Pomegranate & Nectarine, Pink Grapefruit & Tulepo Honey. These candies bring together unexpected flavors that work so well together.

After first sampling Torie and Howard, I was certain the D’anjou Pear was my favorite, with its earthy spiced flavor. In the end, each found a spot among my various food moods. After meals, the Grapefruit & Honey really hit the spot. The Orange & Honey was a not-so-guilty morning pleasure. While the Pomegranate & Nectarine was like a lush fruit dessert in one satisfying bite.

Available in bulk, cute tins, or a candy filled “purse”. Torie and Howard hard candy is certified organic, free of top allergens, and made without artificial anything. They use natural flavors and even natural colors from purple carrots and red cabbage. I highly recommend them for holiday gifts – and really hope my family reads this!
