If you’re craving a savory snack that’s a little more exciting and nutritious than chips, and fits the bill for special diet needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan!), then I recommend giving Zouq Snacks a try.
Zouq Snacks are available in both convenient resealabe, multi-serve canisters (love these!) and single-serve pouches, and all are made with natural, legible, real ingredients. These unique gourmet Indian snack mixes currently come in four varieties, each with their own unique flair:
- Jubilee Mix (far right in the bowls pictured below) – A unique melange of shapes and textures – dried green peas, peanuts, rice flakes, corn flakes red lentils, and more – but all with a boldly-flavored, fairly spicy bite that keeps you craving more.
- Fiery Sticks (in back in the bowls pictured below) – Crunchy little potato-based sticks that burn a little too bright for our tastes, but are perfect for heat-loving snackers.
- Curry Crunch (in front in the bowls pictured below) – Surprisingly sweet yet fragrant with rich Indian spices, this blend has a mix of both light crunchy and dense starchy textures.
- Golden Lentils (far left in the bowls pictured below) – The least fancy of the bunch (yet the highest in protein), but somehow addictive and perhaps my favorite. Like rice crispy cereal only a little heartier and with a pleasant yet just-bold-enough savory flavor.
Certifications: I did not notice any certifications on Zouq Snacks.
