Blueberry and Flaxseed Smoothie

Serves: 1 smoothie
  • 1 cup organic fresh or frozen blueberries (or peaches, raspberries, & strawberries)
  • 1 organic frozen banana
  • 2 cups organic pomegranate or other unsweetened fruit juice
  • ½ cup organic soy kefir or organic plain soy yogurt (or 1 cup organic soy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon organic ground flaxseed
  • Optional: If you prefer it sweeter, add organic honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
  1. Pulse everything in the blender and enjoy.
