Cinnamon Banana Smoothie (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free)

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup almonds, soaked for 8 hours, rinse  well
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups  water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.

Serving suggestion: add 1 cup of ice and blend 10 seconds just before  serving.
