Swiss Mint Coffee (Vegan, Gluten-Free)


Be your own barista – Recipe from Blue Diamond Growers the makers of Almond Breeze®…


  • 1 cup strong Coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Breeze®
  • Peppermint stick, optional
  • Truly Non-dairy whipped topping, optional

Mix coffee, cocoa, and peppermint extract together. Froth Chocolate Almond Breeze® until hot and foamy. Pour over coffee. Top with whipped topping and serve with a peppermint stir stick.

Yield: 1 Serving

Prep time 5 minutes.

Top with grated or mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
