Serves: 36 servings
  • 1 cup Wheat Flakes (Rolled)
  • 2 cups Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
  • 1 cup Rye Flakes (Rolled)
  • ½ cup Flaxseed
  • 1 cup Sesame Seeds (Natural Brown)
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds (Raw Shelled)
  • 1 cup Wheat Germ
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar (for vegan) or Honey
  • 1 cup Oil (1/2 cup if Honey is used)
  • ½ cup Raisins (Unsulfured)
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts
  1. In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Turn into ungreased roasting pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring periodically during baking.
  3. Cool.
  4. Store in covered plastic container.
