But why stop with plain flavored “milk,” lets make it chocolate! This drink can be whipped up in mere minutes, and even transformed into a smoothie texture with the addition of some extra ice.
In a food processor or blender add:
- 2 heaping Tbsp. Quick Quinoa Powder, Extra-Fine
- 1 c. boiling water
Blend until smooth and let rest for 2 minutes. Add:
- 1 heaping Tbsp. of your favorite powdered Cocoa
- 2 cups cold water
- 6 ice cubes
Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste with Stevia or sugar.
