This recipe is from Nasoya, makers of Organic Tofu, Vegi-dressings, and Nayonnaise

1 (14 oz) container Firm Tofu, crumbled (such as Nasoya)
2 T olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T low-sodium soy sauce
2 c tomato sauce
1 T chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
4 – 6 hamburger buns

Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add onion, green pepper and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender.

Add tofu and soy sauce, and sauté for 5 minutes or until tofu starts to brown.

Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin powder.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot over toasted hamburger buns.
