“Cheezy” Sauce (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free)



  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbs oil
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 Tbs Nutritional Yeast


  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 2 Tbs sesame seeds

Blend in blender until smooth. Good substitute in macaroni cheese or spaghetti casseroles.
