Raw Spinach Soup

Cool Vegan Spinach Soup
Recipe by Chef Kristen Suzanne, appearing in the Manitoba Harvest Newsletter
Serves: 3 - 4 servings
  • 3 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 t apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 t raw agave nectar
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1½ T miso paste
  • ⅓ – ½ cup Manitoba Harvest cold-pressed Hemp Seed Oil
  • 1 T dried basil
  • 1½ t dried thyme
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • dash Himalayan crystal salt
  • pinch nutmeg
  1. Blend everything together until creamy.
  2. For extra pizzazz, serve this delicious soup garnished with sprouts
