I have a variation of the smoothie below almost every morning … so when Manitoba Harvest (hempsters extraordinaire!) sent it out in this neat format, I just had to share. Enjoy!
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Hemp Protein
- 2 cups vanilla hemp milk alternative
- 1 ripe banana (frozen if possible, and broken into chunks)
- 1 cup blueberries
- Place all ingredients in your blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
