Yes, I know that inexpensive and Whole Foods (the company) are rarely words found in the same sentence, but I must admit that the recipes chosen look quite tasty, and a few may be on my dinner table soon. Hannah's entry, Miso Bulgur Pilaf with Lemon-Ginger Tofu, is of course dairy-free (and vegan), and available to view and trial.
