Contest Brings Cheap Meals from Whole Foods

Miso Bulgur PilafOur very own Go Dairy Free writer, Hannah, is one of the six finalists in a "Budget Recipe Challenge" from none other than Whole Foods!  Yes, I know that inexpensive and Whole Foods (the company) are rarely words found in the same sentence, but I must admit that the recipes chosen look quite tasty, and a few may be on my dinner table soon.  You can view the recipes and also cast your vote via a comment on yor recipe of choice on the Whole Foods website.  Hannah's entry, Miso Bulgur Pilaf with Lemon-Ginger Tofu, is of course dairy-free (and vegan), and available to view and trial.  The two other dairy-free entries are Wonton Noodle Soup and Farro with Butternut Squash, Hazelnuts and Swiss Chard.  So head on over to trial the recipes and vote!
