Blue Heron Creamery is Vancouver’s First All-Vegan Cheese Shop

Touted as Vancouver’s first all-vegan cheese shop, Blue Heron Creamery uses cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, and coconut milk to make their cheeses. And the selection is not only varied, but also creative. Just some of the dairy-free cheeses you might find at this shop include Burrata, Herb and Garlic Cumulus Cheese, flavored Cream Cheeses, Fresh Mozzarella, Almond Ricotta, Pink Peppercorn & Caraway Seed Cheese, and Coconut Feta.

They also make and sell their own dairy-free butters, yogurt, and preserves.

At this time, their store is only open from 12-5pm on Saturdays. They are currently working on building out and increasing inventories. When able, they will extend their hours and days open.
