Kim and Jake’s Gluten Free French bread, among other things, is fantastic, which is no mean feat. French bread is a tough one to pull off! For the holidays, they are selling a whole line of gluten-free products, most of which are dairy-free, including stuffing, rolls, flours and more.

Started by a pro cyclist and chef in 2010, Jake transitioned his bakery into a 100 percent gluten-free kitchen after his celiac diagnosis in 2011. He didn’t miss a beat! All of their breads (baguettes, buns, and pizza crusts) are gluten-free and vegan (no eggs or dairy). Plus, the cakes (so many to choose from!) can be made dairy-free in a pinch – all it takes is a request. Some of the cookies are dairy-free and vegan, too; their vegan Italian cream cookies can even be ordered online! Most of their products are sold at grocers in the Boulder area in addition to their own bake shop.

The staff at Kim and Jake’s Gluten Free Bakery also seems eager to accommodate dietary needs. From their website:

We can make cakes for almost any allergy you can think of. We price them out based on the restriction. Keep in mind we are only exclusive to gluten free products, in our shop we have nuts and peanuts, dairy and eggs, cornstarch, etc…
