Panchero’s Mexican Grill

Thank you to Amy for emailing in a recommendation for Panchero’s Mexican Grill along with the response she received from this restaurant chain on her dairy inquiry:

Our tortilla dough (powdered milk), queso, shredded cheese, and sour cream all contain dairy.
There is always a possibility of cross contamination in our restaurants because we make everything fresh, in-house and our food travels across one make line.
Due to your dairy sensitivity, it may not be safe for you to eat at our restaurants.

Though they may not be the best option for severe milk allergies, we appreciate their awareness and recognize that Panchero’s Mexican Grill could still be a great fast casual, Tex-Mex option for dairy-free, lactose-free and vegan individuals who do not have an extreme sensitivity. Since it is build your own, bowls and salads appear to be the best options.
