Edible Flours opened in May 2010, offering cupcakes, muffins, loaves, cookies and treats. They are an all vegan bakery (dairy-free, egg-free), but they also cater to allergies and intolerances by offering gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free options. In fact, they have easy to read free-from codes right on the menu on their website (below).

In spring of 2011, they opened a retail location and also added cakes and artisanal chocolates to their menu.

Edible Flours also delivers throughout the Vancouver area, can be found at the Vancouver Farmer’s Markets, and has pick-up available. You can call or email to order.
