HI, Honolulu – Cha No Ma

After spending some time on Oahu, vegan blogger and author, Hannah Kaminsky, had many great restaurants to share. And her list included Cha No Ma.

This is a peaceful little restaurant that combines Japanese nabe with Taiwanese tea. There are only three nabe (hot pot) options (pork, seafood and vegan). And they serve six broth varieties, which include miso, shoyu and soy milk. Consequently, this is a very dairy-free friendly establishment.
