Updated February 2022! Create your own dairy-free, all-you-can-eat stir fry at HuHot Mongolian Grills! This chain was originally recommended to us by a reader named Charlea. She let us know about her allergy-friendly experience at one location, and it turns out, it’s their corporate policy. They provide full allergen information, complete with sauce details (see our guide below). And on request, your HuHot Grill Warrior (aka stir fry chef) will clean an area on the grill and use new spatulas dedicated exclusively to your order to help minimize the risk of cross contact.
