I own and operate a bakery that has a gluten free bakery where we also make vegan desserts too. My wife and I are vegan as well.

Amaru Confections is a dedicated gluten-free bakery that offers many elegant desserts, but specializes in custom cakes for weddings, birthdays and more. They do use eggs and dairy in many of their gluten-free desserts, but have several regular and custom vegan offerings.
