The Mitten Brewing was established in 2012 and has already grown immensely. It is located is an old Victorian Engine House, which lends a really cool vibe to the atmosphere, and has also allowed room for expansion. Since opening they’ve taken over two levels, with a second floor taproom and bi-level decks, to seat up to a total of 200 hungry people. It’s a great social spot for a friendly night out or a rousing game of Team Trivia.
Their separate all vegan menu is complete with specialty pizzas, stomboli, soft pretzels, and even cheesy bread! The specialty pizzas include options like Pesto Vegan Chicken Pizza and The Heater with vegan chorizo and Daiya shredded dairy-free cheese alternative. If you’re indecisive, they offer a pizza flight with 6 samplings of their specialty pizzas and their weekly special.
The Mitten Brewing also offers a gluten-free menu and you can swap a gluten-free pizza crust on any of the vegan pizzas for an extra charge.
