Nekter Juice Bar Boasts Clean Blends with House-made Cashew Milk

Updated February 2023! A few years ago, we featured Nekter Juice Bar when they launched natural dairy-free ice cream in their shops. Unfortunately, Skoop, as it was called, has been discontinued. But Nekter still blends a big dairy-free menu of juices, smoothies, protein smoothies, acai bowls, and even chia parfaits.

Nekter Juice Bar Dairy-Free & Vegan Menu Guide with Allergen Notes

Nekter Juice Bar Dairy-Free & Vegan Menu Guide

Everything on the menu at Nekter can be made dairy-free. They use their own house-made cashew milk, and blend in fresh ingredients. We have listed their menu options first, followed by custom order components. Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks.

Protein Note: Nekter defaults to whey protein powder, but all locations offer a dairy-free, plant-based protein option. At last check, they no longer offered hemp protein, but still offer pea protein.

Blender Note: Though they don’t use dairy milk, Nekter does use Whey Protein in some of their smoothies and bowls. So dairy is used in their blenders. Make sure the pitcher is clean and the equipment is safe for your allergen needs before ordering.

Other Allergen & Dietary Notes: All menu items at Nekter can be made gluten-free nd soy-free on request. Unlike most juice and bowl shops, Nekter uses agave nectar instead of honey, so their menu is also very vegan-friendly. All of the items listed below are vegan, unless otherwise noted.

    Smoothie Bowls

    • Açaí Banana Berry Bowl
    • Açaí Mango Bowl
    • Acai Peanut Butter Bowl
    • Acai Superfood Bowl
    • Dragonfruit Bowl
    • Immunity Bowl
    • PB&J Bowl
    • Protein Power Bowl (choose dairy-free protein)

    • Berry Banana Burst Smoothie
    • Elderberry Smoothie
    • Mango Delight Smoothie
    • Orange Crush Smoothie
    • Pink Flamingo Smoothie

    • Tropical Cooler Smoothie
    • Make Your Own Smoothie (see ingredient options below)

    Functional Smoothies

    • AB Health Nut Smoothie (choose dairy-free protein)
    • AB Mocha Smoothie (choose dairy-free protein)

    • PB & J Smoothie (see Heads Up below)
    • PB Health Nut Smoothie (choose dairy-free protein)
    • PB Mocha Smoothie (choose dairy-free protein)
    • Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein (choose dairy-free protein)
    • Pineapple Matcha Smoothie (choose dairy-free protein)
    • Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie (choose dairy-free protein)

Heads Up! For an upcharge, Nekter does offer almond butter as a peanut butter substitute. The “AB” in the smoothies above is almond butter. Nekter does not list protein powder as an ingredient in their PB&J smoothie, but when ordering online, it prompted to choose a protein and had “extra protein” as an add-on option. Be sure to specify “no protein” or a dairy-free protein powder when ordering.
