Updated in 2021! A few years ago, we featured Nekter Juice Bar when they launched natural dairy-free ice cream in their shops. Unfortunately, Skoop, as it was called, has been discontinued. But Nekter still blends a big dairy-free menu of juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and even chia parfaits.
