Last Update in June 2021! Who doesn’t like noodles? And thanks to Noodles & Company, just about anyone can enjoy them. This casual, pasta-centric restaurant chain offers a customizable menu for all types of dietary needs (top allergens, gluten-free, paleo, keto, vegetarian, etc), and isn’t shy about sharing ingredients. Noodles & Company serves a global menu of flavors, but as you can see, the dairy-free options lean heavily toward Asia. Nonetheless, this list includes an array of menu items, customizable menu items, and sauces for building your own. With the exception of the Cauliflower Gnocchi, all of the “noodles” at Noodles & Company are dairy-free. I’ve also noted GF next to gluten-free items.
