Chef Andy Choi’s menu at Cherry Restaurant is Japanese tinged with French technique. But do not fear! The vast majority of the items on the menu are dairy-free (check with your server to know for sure). There are many interesting and unusual combinations of flavors, like a barbecued eel roll that combines bacon, eel and sushi rice with the most incredible sweet and sour barbecue sauce. With a dark décor that gives it the feeling of a steakhouse, and an extensive list of sake (and other wines and beer).
