Back to Eden Bakery is an all-vegan, completely gluten-free establishment with ample raw, soy-free and more options for special diets. Though cupcakes, pies and cakes abound, this bake shop leans toward the healthy side, offering whole grain bars, cinnamon rolls, raw cheesecakes and more. They also offer housemade soft serve ice cream and scoop up several flavors of hard-pack Coconut Bliss.

On the savory side, they have a nice range of lunch offerings, including Caesar salad, quiche, soup, chili, and more.
