Pegasus Pizza is a family owned and operated pizza chain in Eugene that now offers dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options!

This popular local restaurant put Daiya dairy-free cheese alternative on their menu, and it can be ordered atop any of their pizzas. They don’t appear to have any vegan meats, but offer a ton of vegetable toppings to make a delicious plant-based pizza. For example, the Veggie Vortex is covered with chopped garlic, red onion, mushrooms, black olives, artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, and fresh spinach.

Their menu also contains many different meat topping options. The selection ranges from teriyaki chicken and sliced meatballs to shrimp and anchovies. And they do offer a gluten-free crust! The menu online isn’t clearly marked for which toppings and crusts are dairy-free or gluten-free. However, they do advertise as catering to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free, so I’m sure they’d be happy to help.
