    Updated February 2022! Their menu might be dairy rich, but the staff at Romano’s Macaroni Grill is trained to customize. They can help you create a dairy-free meal with ease by choosing from the menu items below. Our dairy-free menu guide includes custom order options, numerous build-your-own pasta options, a separate vegan menu, and additional allergen notes.

    Romano’s Macaroni Grill Dairy-Free Menu Guide with Allergen & Vegan Notes

    Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks.

    Other Allergen & Dietary Notes: All of the items listed below are made without peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs. We have labeled the items that contain wheat below. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pasta at Macaroni Grill does contain milk. Almost all menu items at Macaroni Grill are listed as containing soy, but in most cases, it is just refined soy oil. For vegan options, see the Vegan Menu Guide at the bottom of this post.
