Recommended by Karen at Avoiding Milk Protein:
“They have mostly milk based yogurt desserts, this being said they also have very clearly marked dairy and non dairy fruit smoothies. Some of their theatre locations don’t have the smoothies, and cross contamination differs location to location.
It was neat to choose our own fruit for our non dairy fruit smoothies, and watch it being made. They have locations in Canada, US and internationally.”

Alisa,
Do you have any recommendations for traveling to Paris, France or Banff, Scotland?
How would I find out about dairy free restaurants in these locations?
Your website is my favorite for dairy free foods!
Oh that is a good question, and I wish I had a good answer! I haven’t been to those areas and am really not sure on how to locate good options. I wish we had more recommendations in our restaurants for International – working on that! However, my friend Kelly at Tasting Page travels a lot (I mean a lot!) and she is gluten-free and dairy-free. I know she’s done some intensive travel in Europe and may have some recommendations -> https://www.tastingpage.com/. Another friend, Kortney at Allergy Girl Eats, has severe food allergies. She does not have a milk allergy, but she lives in Europe, travels a lot, and usually has good suggestions for all -> http://www.allergygirleats.com/. Feel free to reach out via their blogs or even comment there (feel free to mention my name) – they are both very responsive. Best wishes for some great travels!
