This is an on-order bakery with pick-up or free local delivery available. They are also working on wholesale availability to make their treats available for restaurants, markets, catering, and events.

They specialize in dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, low cholesterol and agave-sweetened goodies, including homemade cookies, cupcakes, muffins, tarts, cakes, and brownies. Everything is made fresh daily in their kitchen.

Cool Bakes and Hot Cookies Menu: All Killer and No filler! (Apart from our cakes which are all filling without the killing!)

Brownies: (made with the best chocolate we can adjust the chocolate to suit your dietry needs)

Santo Domingo Chocolate Brownies (our most popular bake we make this fresh EVERY day!)

Gosh Squidgy Chocolate Brownies (for those who like their brownies really squidgy!)

Muffinos: our muffins are made with coconut oil and agave nectar they are very special to us! no morning is complete without them! Take your pick from:

  • Blueberry Muffinos (fresh blueberries)
  • Blackberry Muffinos (fresh blackberrys)
  • Apple and cinnamon muffinos (apples in season) Lemon Muffinos (real lemons and zest) Orange and choc chip muffinos (real oranges and our best chocolate chips!)


  • Choca -la Cupcakes (moist chocolate cupcake made with agave nectar and buttercream choc or vanilla icing or Chocolate topping)
  • Vanilla Cupcakes (Gringo cupcake made with agave nectar and frosted with various coloured frosting!)
  • Lemony Iced Cupcakes (another best seller kinda like lemon drizzle in cupcake form)
  • Hot Mexican Cupcakes (Coconut and chocolate with a touch of chilli or Gringo without the spice! Topped with cinnamon and cocoa our most warming and delicioso Cupcake!)
  • Foo’s Carrot Cupcakes (full of spices and raisins with or without frosting)

  • Red Velvet Cupcakes with Buttercream (ooh we love these Americana in the uk! Red soft sponge with lots of white buttercream icing)
  • Ola! Margarita cupcakes (Chicks nighttime treat! made with Tequila and fresh limes with a hint of salt)
  • Peanut Butter Cupcakes (Full of 100% Organic Peanut Butter in moist sponge with a drizzle of chocolate topping)
  • Coconut cabana cupcakes – soft, moist cupcake made with coconut milk.


  • Choc Chip Cookies (so much tastier than all the refined sugar and full fat alternatives!)
  • Double Choco Chip Cookies (Rich, dark with moist and chewy centre!)
  • Raisin and Oatmeal Cookies (gluten free oats! For those taking breakfast on the run)
  • Peanut Butter Chunky Choc Cookies (a hunk of a cookie made with 100% organic peanut butter)
  • Peanut Butter Choco Locos (A big favourite with musicians for some reason! Organic 100% Peanut butter and thick chocolate Squares, Chilled in the fridge made from 100% organic peanut butter and thick dark chocolate topping, be warned, very more-ish!)


  • Cinnful Apple Crumb (crunchy cinnamon top with a seriously moist apple filling, we love you cinner!)
  • The Lemon Torte (a delicious tangy lemon tart, we like it with raspberry coulis!)
  • Banano Bread (plain, simple with or without chocolate chips..)
  • Lemoni Tea Cake (Soft sponge with agave nectar and coconut oil and lemons lovely and simple, Chicks favourite morning munch!)
