This is a custom ice creamery, where you create your own. To keep it dairy-free and vegan, choose the soymilk ice cream as your base and then pick your flavor and toppings (not all are dairy-free, so check with the staff and choose wisely!).The ice cream is then blasted with liquid nitrogen to create a made-for-you dessert!

This is a franchise in the making. While they only had the one Chicago location when we discovered this gem, they are planning to expand, so check the website below to see where they might pop up next.
