Their food is awesome! I love the mac-n-cheeze and their shakes, which by the way, are the best non-dairy shakes I’ve ever had!

FuD was founded by former Playfood vegan cheese entrepreneur, Chef Heidi VanPelt-Belle. Her restaurant focuses on organic, local, all vegan food. They offer a selection of both raw and cooked dishes, with gluten-free options for almost everything on the menu. They also cater to other special diets on request, including soy-free and nut-free.

Their menus (visible on the website below) are extensive, covering lunch, dinner, brunch, drinks and desserts. Heidi serves up everything from Jack Fruit Reubens to Chalupas with cashew cheddar. The desserts center on her homemade soft-serve, dairy-free cashew ice cream.
