Southeast – Fatz Cafe

This dairy-free dining option was discovered by Karen at Avoiding Milk Protein. While Fatz doesn't cater to milk-free diners specifically, they do offer a handy-dandy allergen chart (covers milk, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, msg, and sulfites) that seems to offer quite a few dairy-free options.  At a quick glance, I spotted the shrimp cakes, teriyaki glazed chicken, and BBQ ribs as milk-free options, but it looked as though there were many more. The one downfall, no dairy-free desserts, but you can't always have it all!

Fatz has multiple locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Georgia. See their website (below) for locations, contact information, allergen information, and the menus.
