If you see kosher symbol (there are plenty) with a D next to it, it is dairy even if the govt says non-dairy. Now DE means dairy equipment . Now no small letter near the kosher symbol means parve (dairy free). Small P is passover. The FDA and USDA has updates. I am sure Canada has them also in French and English.
My son have milk allergy, Boston market chicken i buy for him, I bought half chicken, rice and string ban for him yesterday, He got allergy, I don’t know which one have dairy.

As of 2013, the apple pie contains dairy. This information is from the boston market website/allergen pdf. Not sure if the others are all dairy free, I only checked the apple pie.
