This from-scratch diner is redefining diner food with their completely vegetarian meals. Veggie Galaxy takes pride in preparing all of their food from scratch, including house-made ketchup and burger buns. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and have a fully vegan bakery in the restaurant.
Many items on the diner menu are already dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan, but if you have your eye on something that’s not, they’re happy to adapt it for you. They have housemade dairy-free cheese as well as Daiya for ample vegan cheesy options. Plus, the large menu at Veggie Galaxy features just about everything you could be craving. You’ll see French toast, omelets, salads, sandwiches, burgers, mac and cheese, fried pickles, and everything in between.
And make sure to leave room for dessert! Veggie Galaxy makes dairy-free pies, puddings, cheesecakes, cakes, sundaes, and doughnuts to satisfy every sweet tooth. There is so much to choose from that you may have trouble deciding between the Boston Cream Pie, Sweet Potato Carrot Cake, Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, and Oreo Cheesecake! I guess the only answer is to go back often for your dessert fix.
As if diner food and incredible sweet treats wasn’t enough to have you swooning over Veggie Galaxy, they also have a full creative cocktail menu. One of their unique drinks is a Heartbeet Sangriawith beet juice, rose cardamom syrup, and red wine. Another is the Sherry Baby Nog, spiked housemade eggnog and made with vanilla dairy-free ice cream. Or if you’re into simple drinks they have beer, wine, and ciders to choose from.
Veggie Galaxy does cater to diners who are gluten-free for non-celiac reasons with “low gluten” options. These items are gluten-free by ingredients, but they cannot make guarantees about potential cross-contamination.
