Speedy Orange Sauce for Dipping, Stir Fries or Marinades

Orange marmalade is traditionally bitter but also comes in sweet "American" versions. We prefer the sweeter variety for dipping, but feel free to choose the type that suit your tastes.
Serves: 1¼ cups
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the marmalade, rice vinegar, cinnamon, and cumin until well combined.
  2. Add crushed red pepper flakes and salt, to taste, if desired.
