Dairy-Free Chocolate Banana Shake

  • 4 cups frozen bananas, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 cup plain dairy-free milk beverage
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Let the bananas thaw for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  2. Place the banana chunks, milk beverage, cocoa powder, maple, and vanilla in your blender. Process for 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the mixture is too thick for your blender, you can add more milk beverage as needed.
