Dairy-Free Piña Colada Smoothie

This nonalcoholic version of a favorite summer drink is also quite versatile. You can keep it gently sweet, turn it into a treat, enjoy it a little icy, or use real coconut milk for a richer experience. It's great with fresh or frozen pineapple

Ingredients
  • ½ cup vanilla coconut milk beverage or lite canned coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup sweetened or unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon honey, agave nectar, or sugar, or to taste
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place the milk beverage or coconut milk, pineapple, coconut, ice, and sweetener in your blender, and process until smooth.
  2. Taste, and blend in more sweetener, if needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
