This quick and easy spicy spread is great on sandwiches and burgers, but we sometimes use it (or the milder option below) for dipping fries or dolloping on dairy-free potato skins.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
Notes
Mild Chili-Lime Mayo Option: Substitute 1 teaspoon mild chili powder for the chipotle chili powder. Increase the garlic to ¼ teaspoon and the salt to ½ teaspoon, or to taste.
