Ingredients
1 clove garlic
Sea salt (to taste)
100 grams (3½ ounces) chopped walnuts (coarse or fine, your choice)
100 grams (3½ ounces) honey
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash the garlic with a little salt. Add the walnuts and honey and stir to combine. If it seems too thick, add a little water or oil.
To serve, break off pieces from a loaf of bread and dip them in the spread. Or spoon some of the condiment atop bread or bruschetta-style toasts. See the post above for dairy-free "cheese" suggestions.
