Quick Almond Milk
  • 1 quart water, ice cold
  • 1 cup soaked almonds, drained and rinse
  • 2 tablespoons raisins or 1 tablespoon sweetener
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve, cheesecloth, nut milk bag, or clean dish towel.
  2. Transfer to glass jar & refrigerate.
