Dessert Almond Milk
  • 5 ounces blanched almonds
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups water
  1. Directions: Place the blanched almonds into a blender and grind into a very fine meal. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract then gradually add the water while the blender is running. Strain through a cheesecloth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
