Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons wheat or oat bran (certified gluten-free, if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats (certified gluten-free, if needed)
  • Chopped fried figs, prunes, and/or raisins
  • Dairy-free yogurt or milk beverage, for serving
  • Maple syrup, for serving (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the water, flaxseed, bran, oats, and dried fruit in a breakfast bowl, and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Uncover and top with dairy-free yogurt, milk beverage, and/or maple syrup, as desired, for breakfast.
