Happy Colon Overnight Breakfast Oats

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons wheat or oat bran (certified gluten-free, if needed)
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats (certified gluten-free, if needed)
- Chopped fried figs, prunes, and/or raisins
- Dairy-free yogurt or milk beverage, for serving
- Maple syrup, for serving (optional)
- Place the water, flaxseed, bran, oats, and dried fruit in a breakfast bowl, and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Uncover and top with dairy-free yogurt, milk beverage, and/or maple syrup, as desired, for breakfast.
