Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 16 ounces rum
  • 16 ounces club soda
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Peel and muddle the cucumbers, using a mortar and pestle if you have one.
  2. Combine muddled cucumber, lemon juice, mint, rum, club soda, sugar and ice.
  3. Stir and serve on a warm summer day.
