This recipe was shared with us by Manitoba Harvest, and it was created by one of their in-house chefs. It's a cool, creamy treat when made as is, but you can reduce the maple syrup if you prefer it less sweet.

Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened plain or vanilla dairy-free milk beverage
1 large or 2 small fresh apples, cored, peeled if desired, and diced
¼ cup maple syrup, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
4-8 ice cubes
Instructions
Put the milk beverage, apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and ice in your blender, and puree until smooth.
