Cherry Vanilla Hemp Smoothie

Serves: 2 cups
  • ½ cup water (can use dairy-free milk beverage for creamier)
  • ¼ cup shelled hemp seeds (also known as hemp hearts)
  • 1 10-ounce bag frozen cherries (or 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted)
  • 1 teaspoon raw agave nectar or honey
  • Seeds from ½ a vanilla bean, or ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
