Dairy-Free Jell-O Strawberry Cream Pie

Feel free to mix up the flavor of this pie using different types of Jell-O and fruit! Please note that the Prep time is hands-on time only. Allow several hours for the pie to set up.

Serves: 1 pie (8 slices)
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • ⅔ cup boiling water
  • 1 package (4 serving size) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup very cold water
  • 1 (9-ounce) tub dairy-free whipped topping (see post above)
  • 1 dairy-free graham cracker crust (gluten-free, if needed)
  1. Slice half of the strawberries and chop the other half of the strawberries.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the boiling water and gelatin for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cold water and stir until slightly thick.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until combined. Stir in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes or until very thick.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the crust and even it out.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Top the pie with the sliced strawberries to serve.
Another option would be to use a different flavor like lemon or orange gelatin in place of strawberry.
