Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flakes (rolled)
  • 2 cups oats, rolled, regular old fashioned
  • 1 cup rye flakes (rolled)
  • ½ cup flaxseed
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (raw shelled)
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Turn into ungreased roasting pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring periodically during baking.
  3. Cool.
  4. Store in covered plastic container.
