Amy’s Secret Dairy-Free French Toast
Amy B. has taste-tested many GFCF products for us, but one of her favorites was Pamela's Amazing Wheat-Free Bread Mix. She used it to create this quick and easy recipe, but you can use any bread of your choosing.
  • 2 slices of gluten free bread (the thicker the slice the better..)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 full egg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla dairy-free milk alternative
  1. Mix together ingredients while griddle pan is heating up (use a touch of margarine on the pan to prevent sticking..)
  2. Dip bread in the batter and place on the griddle pan, cook on a medium heat for a couple of minutes each side. Once each side is slightly brown- its done! Smother in margarine and syrup and enjoy!
This recipe is not vegan, but it is gluten and casein free.
