This easy chicken recipe is from Karen Blue of Avoiding Milk Protein... Serve with fresh salad, and light vinagrette. Allow time for the chicken to marinate. This can be prepared a day ahead.
Serves: 6 servings
  • 1 – 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (try plain honey garlic or spicy mustard)
  • pinch brown sugar
  • shake of pepper
  • 6-10 slices of chicken
  1. Combine the water, mustard, sugar, and pepper in a large dish.
  2. Marinate chicken in mustard mixture, for at least a hour.
  3. BBQ on grill.
